Yellowhead Mining Inc.(TSX:YMI) announced the appointment of Mr.Ming An Fu to its board.
As quoted in the press release:
Mr. Fu is the President of Anthill Resources Ltd., a mining investment group which he founded in 2009 and a major shareholder of Yellowhead. Prior to 2009, Mr. Fu was Chairman and founder of Jiangyuan Mining Investment Corp. in Beijing.
Yellowhead Mining, Chairman, T.Gregory Hawkins, said:
I would like to thank Dr. Li for his contribution to the board and to the growth of Yellowhead, and wish him the very best in the future. We would also like to welcome Mr. Fu who, through Anthill Resources, has been a loyal and supportive shareholder since 2010 and a key conduit to the Chinese investment community. We look forward to having the direct benefit of his mine building and financing experience at the boardroom table.
