Orezone Gold Corporation (TSX:ORE) announced it has sold its Sega project to Cluff Gold (TSX:CFG) for US$29.6 million.
As quoted in the press release:
Under the terms of the agreement, Cluff will acquire the Tiba and Namassa exploration permits, covering an area of approximately 313km2, from Orezone’s wholly owned subsidiary Orezone Inc. (BVI), in exchange for US$15M in cash and 11M new common shares of Cluff.
