Alpha Exploration Inc. (TSXV:AEX) announced a private placement of up to 5,000,000 Flow-Through Units
As quoted in the press release:
…(i) up to 5,000,000 Flow-Through Units (a “FT Unit”) consisting of one flow-through common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant (a “FT Warrant”) at a price of $0.30 per FT Unit. Two FT Warrants will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at $0.35 per share at any time until the close of business on the day which is 24 months from the date of issue of the FT Warrant; and (ii) up to 5,000,000 Non-Flow-Through Units (a “Unit”) consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”) at a price of $0.20 per Unit. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at $0.35 per share at any time until the close of business on the day which is 24 months from the date of issue of the Warrant.
