Taseko Reports Second Quarter Sales and Production Results

Taseko Mines Ltd. (TSX:TKO,AMEX:TGB) announced that molybdenum production at its Gibraltar mine during the second quarter of 2012 amounted to 379,000 pounds. The company sold 361,000 pounds of molybdenum during the same period.

As quoted in the press release:

Taseko’s 75% share of total sales was 19.8 million pounds of copper and 271,000 pounds of molybdenum which compares to 12.7 million and 354,000 pounds in the first quarter.
