Forum Uranium Corp. (TSXV:FDC) has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement of $49,950 through the issuance of 135,000 flow through units at a price of $0.37 per unit.
As quoted in the press release:
Each flow through unit consists of flow through one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one non-flow through common share at a price of $0.50 for a period of two years expiring January 9, 2016.
