Powers as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, Powers will serve as the financial leader responsible for managing and optimizing the rapid growth of the company.

A native Houstonian, Powers has 18 years of experience in the energy and industrial services sectors, and has served in a variety of finance and accounting roles of increasing responsibility at PwC Consulting, Koch Capital Markets, Aggreko and Rosetta Resources.
Powers is a Certified Public Accountant, and maintains professional memberships with the Texas Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
