Powers as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, Powers will serve as the financial leader responsible for managing and optimizing the rapid growth of the company.

Prior to joining PinnacleART, Powers served as Vice President of Corporate Development – Canyon Offshore at Helix Energy Solutions Group, where he managed financial and administrative functions across international teams, and led various business growth / performance optimization initiatives. A native Houstonian, Powers has 18 years of experience in the energy and industrial services sectors, and has served in a variety of finance and accounting roles of increasing responsibility at PwC Consulting, Koch Capital Markets, Aggreko and Rosetta Resources.
Powers is a Certified Public Accountant, and maintains professional memberships with the Texas Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
