Happy Creek Minerals (TSXV:HPY) announced that it has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement announced on October 25, 2011.
As quoted in the press release:
The Company will raise up to an additional $890,100 in flow through funds through the sale of an additional 2,967,000 flow through units and up to an additional $200,000 through the sale of an additional 800,000 non-flow through units.
