Solid Resources Reports Results From AGM

Solid Resources Ltd. (TSXV:SRW,OTCQX:SLDRF,FWB:YRS) announced results from its Annual General Meeting held on May 30, 2013. All of the resolutions proposed to the shareholders were duly passed, including re-election for five directors, and re-appointment of K.R. Margetson Ltd., Chartered Accountants as auditor.
