KEMET Announces Low DC Leakage Series Tantalum Surface Mount Capacitors

KEMET Corporation (NYSE:KEM) reports the release of its Low DC Leakage MnO2 Series Tantalum Surface Mount Capacitors.

KEMET’s Technical Product Manager Stanley Garrett says,

KEMET’s T489 Low DC Leakage Series provides 25% lower leakage than standard MnO2 tantalum capacitors, with better reliability, as well as low ESR options
