[Chairman] MacDonald bases his hypothesis on developments taking place in China, where his interfaces with the country’s renewable-energy figure, Dr Weidong Gu, have indicated significant potential future demand for vanadium, a soft silver-grey ductile transition metal that is the twenty-third element on the periodic table.
