The second tranche of the Offering consists of Brokered and Non-Brokered Offerings, of which the Brokered Offering consists of 100,000 flow-through units and 800,000 non-flow-through units for gross proceeds of $230,000, and the Non-Brokered Offering consists of 2,094,425 flow-through units and 400,000 non-flow-through units for gross proceeds of $728,327.50.
