Noram Ventures Inc. (TSXV:NRM) announced a non-brokered private placement of 1,325,000 units for gross proceeds of $265,000. Under the offering’s terms, the Company will place 725,000 flow-through share units at a price of $0.20 and 600,000 common share units at a price of $0.25 per common share.
As quoted in the press release:
The FT Units will be offered at a price of $0.20 and will consist of one flow-through share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of $0.25 per common share for a period of 24 months following the close of the Offering.
