Energizer Resources Inc. (TSX:EGZ,OTCBB:ENZR,FWB:YE5) announced that the annual general and special meeting of the shareholders will be held on February 19, 2013, 10:30am at the Board of Trade conference facilities, First Canadian Place, 3rd Floor, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Energizer Resources also reported on its attendance and presentation at the 2nd Annual Graphite Conference held in London, UK last December 5-6, 2012.
