Big North Graphite Corp. (TSXV:NRT) announced the appointment of Mr. Bryce Clark as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective June 10, 2013.
As quoted in the press release:
Mr Clark is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and has 20 years of experience in the executive administration of public and private companies. Mr Clark has been the CFO of Pacific Potash Corporation since May, 2011 and has previously served as CFO and a director of various TSX Venture Exchange listed resources companies. Mr. Clark is the managing partner of Minni, Clark & Company, CGA, a privately held accounting firm.
