The seven members elected to the Board of Directors include: Michael T. Mason, John F. Cook, David G. Tafel, Kenneth A. Cawkell, John Seaman, Christopher A. Serin, and Hermes Dichosa. Subsequent to the AGM, the Board of Directors appointed the following officers: Michael Mason as President and C.E.O.; David Tafel as V.P. Corporate Development; Adrian Rothwell as C.F.O., and Kenneth Cawkell as Corporate Secretary.
