Alabama Graphite Corp. (CNSX:ALP,OTC:ABGPF) completed the first tranche of its private placement. 875,000 units were issued at a price of $0.08 per unit, raising a total of $70,000.
Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one transferable common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.12 per share until November 29, 2015.
