DuSolo Fertilizers Closes Oversubscribed C$6,800,000 Private Placement

DuSolo Fertilizers (TSXV:DSF,OTC Pink:ELGSF,FWB:E6R) has closed a non-brokered private placement of 25,185,186 shares at a price of $0.27 per share for gross proceeds of C$6,800,000.

As quoted in the press release:

The C$6,000,000 private placement announced on September 12, 2014 was oversubscribed and was increased due to investor demand. There are no warrants attached to this offering.
