Strongbow Exploration Increases Private Placement to $1,157,000
Strongbow Exploration Inc. (TSXV:SBW) increased the non-brokered private placement financing, from 8 million units to 8.9 million units at a price of 13 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $1,157,000.
As quoted in the press release:
Net proceeds from the private placement will be used to fund exploration activities at Strongbow’s Midway and Ridgeway gold projects in South Carolina as well as for general working capital. The private placement remains subject to regulatory acceptance and approval.
