Victory Mountain Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:VMV) announced that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,500,000 units to raise $2.5 million as capital for its interests in Copper, Gold, Silver and Molybdenum.
As quoted in the press release:
The proceeds of the private placement will be used for exploration and general working capital. Finder’s fees, as allowed pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, may be payable in connection with the offering.
