TomaGold Closes Private Placement of $954,500

 TomaGold Corporation (TSXV:LOT) closed its private placement for a total of $954,500.

As quoted in the press release:

The third tranche of the private placement consists in the issuance of 2,700,000 common shares priced at $0.10 per share and 1,350,000 warrants. Each warrant entitles its holder to purchase one common share of the Company at $0.12 within a two-year period.
