Otis Gold Corp. (TSXV:OOO) announced it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement.
As quoted in the press release:
In connection with this private placement, 4,166,667 common shares at a price of $0.12 per share have been issued for gross proceeds of $500,000. No warrants were issued in connection with this financing, and no finder’s fees or commissions were paid. All funds are in Canadian dollars. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a statutory four month hold period under applicable securities laws.
The net proceeds from this private placement will be used for the continued advancement of the Kilgore Gold Project and for general working capital purposes.
