As quoted in the press release:
The Company has issued 2,142,999 units (the “Units”), at a purchase price of $0.14, with each Unit consisting of one common share and one full warrant, exercisable at a price of $0.20 for a period of one year after the closing of the Offering. This warrant contains an acceleration clause requiring the placees to exercise the warrants should the Company’s shares trade at or above $0.30 for a period of 20 consecutive trading days.
