Company NewsPinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP), announces that on November 24, 2011, pursuant to a share purchase agreement, it acquired ownership of 1,500,000 common shares and 750,000 common share purchase warrants of Visible Gold Mines Inc.

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP), announced that on November 24, 2011, pursuant to a share purchase agreement, it acquired ownership of 1,500,000 common shares and 750,000 common share purchase warrants of Visible Gold Mines Inc.
As quoted in the press release:
As a result of this transaction, Pinetree and its joint actors collectively held, as at November 24, 2011, an aggregate of 5,330,065 common shares of Visible Gold, including the Common Shares and rights to acquire an additional 1,750,000 common shares of Visible Gold upon exercise of certain convertible securities, including the Warrants.
