Pinetree Capital Ltd. Acquires Securities of Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP) reports that it has acquired securities of Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. (TSXV:PEX)

The press release is quoted as saying:

In the event that the Warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 7.0% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Pacific Ridge as of December 23, 2010, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Warrants only. As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at December 23, 2010, an aggregate of 4,250,000 common shares of Pacific Ridge, including the Common Shares, and the Warrants.
