North American Tungsten Corporation Ltd. (TSXV:NTC) agreed to a severance settlement with its former CEO and President, Stephen Leahy.
As quoted in the press release:
In accordance with the terms of his employment contract, Mr. Leahy will receive a severance payment equal to three years’ of base salary, which he has agreed to receive in three installments payable over 12 months. Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, Mr. Leahy will also receive 1,000,000 common shares of the Company in lieu of other benefits and severance entitlements to which he would have been entitled pursuant to his employment contract.
