Car Exports Should Stabilize Japan’s Chrome-Moly Output

Platts reported that third quarter chrome-moly output from Japan is expected to stay stable.

As quoted in the market news:

The monthly consumption of moly oxide and ferromolybdenum for chrome-moly steel used is expected to stay at around 600 mt, sources said. Chrome-moly steel typically contains 0.08-0.3% of molybdenum.
