Coal Export Prices Hit Two-Month Low at Richards Bay

Bloomberg reported that coal export prices at South African terminal Richards Bay have plummeted to a two-month low.

As quoted in the market report:

Coal for immediate delivery dropped $1.84, or 2.1 percent, in the week to Jan. 18 to $85.50 a metric ton, the lowest price since Nov. 9, according to IHS McCloskey data on Bloomberg.
