Steel Guru.com reports that there is an expectation that premiums for primary Aluminum shipments to Japan  will be at their lowest in January to March.

The story is quoted as saying:

Term premiums for October-December shipments were agreed at USD 116 to USD 118, but buyers expect them to drop about USD 10 to below USD 110 in the Q1 of next year. Quarterly premiums below USD 115 would be the lowest since USD 75 agreed in the third quarter of 2009.
