As quoted in the press release:
Following Andre’s retirement, effective from 11 January 2015, Glenn Turner will add the role of Company Secretary to his current duties as Executive Director.
The Board would like to record its appreciation to Andre for his contribution to the Company’s listing and its corporate governance over the last eight years.
