The Appeal was heard in Botswana by a panel of international judges on Jan 21, 2014 with the judgment being handed down today.
The Court of Appeals upheld the previous ruling by the Botswana High Court, dismissing the claim against African Diamonds, with costs awarded against the plaintiffs.
