Deer Horn Metals Inc. (TSXV:DHM) announced the closing of its previously announced private placement for $285,000.
As quoted in the press release:
The non-brokered private placement consisting of 5,700,000 million shares of the corporation at a price of five cents per share for gross proceeds of $285,000 has been closed. The shares will become free trading on Feb 13, 2013.
