American Manganese Announces Application to Amend Warrant Terms

 American Manganese Inc. (TSXV:AMY, FWB:2AM) announced its application to extend the term of any unexercised warrants that expire on February 9, 2013.

As quoted in the press release:

It is applying to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of any unexercised warrants expiring February 9, 2013 (and issued pursuant to the Company’s private placement closed on February 11, 2011) for another two years.
