Galaxy Resources Raises A$30 Million Through Placement

Galaxy Resources Limited (ASX:GXY) reported that it has raised A$30 million through placement.

As quoted in the press release:

The Placement will support Galaxy’s recently announced proposed merger (“Proposed Merger”) with Lithium One Inc (CVE:LI)(“Lithium One”).
