Saint Jean Carbon Inc. (TSXV:SJL) announced the receipt of a conversion notice with respect to convertible debenture issued on August 30, 2013. $93,750 was converted into 1,250,000 common shares at $0.075 per share as per the terms of the Convertible Debenture.
As quoted in the press release:
The entire outstanding principal amount of the Convertible Debenture in the amount of $93,750 has been converted into 1,250,000 common shares at $0.075 per share in accordance with the terms of the Convertible Debenture. In addition to the issuance of shares, the Company confirms it has paid the related accrued interest.
