Big North Graphite Announces Non-brokered Private Placement

Big North Graphite (TSXV:NRT) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to $700,000 consisting of 10,000,000 units at a price of $0.07 per unit.

As quoted in the press release:

Each unit will consist of a common share and one half of one share purchase warrant, each warrant being exercisable to acquire an additional share at $0.12 for 2 years following the closing.
