Big North Graphite Corp (TSXV:NTE) applied to extend the term of 3,216,500 warrants. These warrants were originally issued on February 15, 2012 and expire on February 15, 2013 to August 15, 2014.
As quoted in the press release:
The exercise price of the warrants will remain at $0.15. Each warrant, when exercised, will be exchangeable for one common share of the Company.
