Rathdowney Plans to Invest $4.4 Million in Heatherdale Resources

Rathdowney Resources (TSX:RTH) announced that it plans to make a $4.4 million investment in Heatherdale Resources (TSX:HTR).

As quoted in the press release:

Under the terms of the deal, Rathdowney said it will subscribe for 22 million common shares of Heatherdale, in a private placement, at a price of 20 Canadian cents per share.
