Potash Producers Reaping Record Profits

The Globe and Mail reported that potash companies are enjoying record profits despite a slumping economy.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Those profits are expected to go even higher mainly because the supply of one key crop nutrient – potash – is running so tight there may not be enough of it to meet global demand.
