IC Potash Announces Closing of $20,000,000 Equity Offering

IC Potash Corp. (TSXV:ICP,OTC:ICPTF) announced the closing of its previously announced bought deal offering of 12,500,000 shares.

ICP intends to use the net proceeds for the continued development of its Ochoa property located in Lea County, New Mexico and for general working capital purposes.
