Arianne Resources is Now Arianne Phosphate Inc.

Arianne Phosphate (TSXV:DAN,FWB:JE9N,OTCBB:DRRSF) announced shareholder approval on the change of the Company’s name to Arianne Phosphate Inc. The Company also reported the election of the following directors during the annual & special general assembly of shareholders held in Montreal, Québec on May 29: James Cowley, Luc Boivin, Marco Gagnon, David J. DeBiasio, Guthrie J. Stewart and Siva Jothie Pillay. Changes to the management team were also announced: Mr. Guthrie J. Stewart will serve as interim Chairman of the Board, Jean-Sébastien David appointed as Chief Operating Officer and Derek Lindsay will also act as Corporate Secretary.

Following the Meeting, the Board confirmed that Mr. Guthrie J. Stewart will serve as interim Chairman of the Board.
In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the following appointments: Jean-Sébastien David as Arianne Phosphate’s Chief Operating Officer and Derek Lindsay will also act as Corporate Secretary, in addition to his duties as Chief Financial Officer.

Management is also announcing that shareholders have approved changing the Company’s name to Arianne Phosphate Inc., which reflects its intention to focus its operations on the development of the Lac à Paul phosphate mine.
