(“Maple Leaf” or the “Company”) (NEO: MGW) (OTCQX; MGWFF) announces that its Director and Chief Financial Officer, Daniel Chu, has resigned his position due to personal reasons effective August 28, 2018. The Company has appointed Terence Lam, a director and Corporate Secretary of the Company, as CFO effective August 28, 2018. Mr. Chu has agreed to assist in a smooth transition of duties to Mr. Lam.
