Mining Weekly reported that Shanta Gold (OTC Pink:SAAGF) wants to raise $35 million so it can reach production at its Tanzania gold mine.
As quoted in the market news:
The company said the raising would consist of $25-million by way of five-year convertible loan notes and a minimum of $10-million through an equity placing of new ordinary shares.
