QGold to Host 2026 Annual General and Special Meeting and Present Strategic Roadmap for the Year Ahead

Q-Gold Resources Ltd. ("QGold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its 2026 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "AGM") will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

The AGM will be held in a hybrid format. Shareholders may attend in person at 198 Davenport, Toronto, Ontario M5R 1J2, or join virtually by podcast. Please note that voting will not be available through the webcast.
