Base Metals Investing Fox Business reported that Southern Copper (NYSE:SCCO) has announced its 2012 production guidance of 640,000 tons of copper.

As quoted in the market news:
Southern Copper said its copper mine production totaled 152,906 tons in the quarter, up 23% from 124,194 tons in the year-ago period.
