American Battery Metals Corp. (CSE:ABC) (the “Company” or “American Battery”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) with the issuance of 4,286,471 units (each, a “Unit”) for gross proceeds of $1,500,264.85.
American Battery Metals Corp. (CSE:ABC) (the “Company” or “American Battery”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) with the issuance of 4,286,471 units (each, a “Unit”) for gross proceeds of $1,500,264.85.
Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company (a “Unit Share”) and one transferable common share purchase warrant of the Company (a “Warrant”) which entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share (a “Warrant Share”) at a price of $0.50 (the “Exercise Price”) per Warrant Share until June 14, 2020.
The Company paid aggregate finder’s fee of $32,520 and issued 92,914 compensation warrants (the “Compensation Warrants”) to certain finders under the Financing. The Compensation Warrants have the same terms as the Warrants but are not transferable.
The Company intends to use net proceeds from the Private Placement to fund ongoing working capital requirements and exploration and development activities for the Company’s mineral property interests.
All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement are subject to a four month hold period until October 15, 2019.

American Battery Metals Corp. is a junior mineral exploration company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating natural resource properties. The Company has an option to acquire a 50% interest in the Fish Lake property, consisting of 81 lode mineral claims located in Esmeralda County in the state of Nevada, USA. American Battery has also optioned a 100% interest of the Temple Mountain Vanadium property, consisting of 52 Lode claims located in South-East Utah. Temple Mountain is located in the historically Vanadium/Uranium rich Colorado Plateau.
