Pump and Dumpers Hurting Graphite Juniors

Industrial Minerals reported that “pump and dump” schemes whereby dubious stock recommendations are pushed on people with little investment experience are having a negative effect on graphite juniors.

As quoted in the market news:

The schemes work by investment ‘advisers’ issuing unsought advice in the form of newsletters, spam emails and internet forums, purporting to offer unbiased recommendations to invest in certain companies designed to inflate their share prices.
