Glencore Seeks Full Takeover of Minara Resources

Mineweb reported that Glencore (LON:GLEN) is bidding to acquire the rest of Minara Resources Ltd (ASX:MRE).

The market news is quoted as saying:

Should the takeover of Minara succeed then it will close one corporate chapter that had a wild beginning for the company that mines the large Murrin Murrin deposit in WA’s north eastern goldfields.
