Carube Copper Corp (TSXV:CUC) and it’s Bellas Gate property in Jamaica were featured in The Northern Miner publication. The article highlighted Carube’s position in Jamaica, where the company owns 11 properties over 536 square kilometers.
It also outlined the highlights of the recent six-hole drilling program that was conducted in the Bellas Gate property. Results of the program included one hole with “continuous copper mineralization over 340 meters from 46 meters downhole ending in mineralization with a 55.3-meter interval grading 0.51 percent copper equivalent including a higher grade section containing 14 meters of 1.04 percent copper equivalent.”
The Northern Miner also interviewed Carube Copper CEO Jeffrey Ackert, who provided the publication with a history of the company’s presence in Jamaica and insight into how Carube is moving forward. The company is looking into developing the resource at Bellas Gate and exploring potential joint venture opportunities as well.
