(TSXV:CCW) (OTC:CCWOF) (Frankfurt:4T9B) (the "Company" or "Canada Silver Cobalt") is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated January 4, 2024, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the name change to " Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc. ".
The shares will commence trading under the new name and trading symbol " NTH ", effective Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the market open. Â The Company's new CUSIP number will be 65558V100".
Further to the Company's news release dated December 4, 2023, the Company would like to correct the disclosure regarding the 2,002,503 warrants that expired on June 29, 2023, and were not extended and are not eligible for repricing.

Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. recently discovered a major high-grade silver vein system at Castle East located 1.5Â km from its 100%-owned, past-producing Castle Mine near Gowganda in the prolific and world-class silver-cobalt mining district of Northern Ontario.
