Euromax Announces Board Changes

 Euromax Resources Ltd. (TSXV: EOX,OTC:EOXFF) ("Euromax" or the "Company"), announces that Tim Morgan-Wynne has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors and as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 11, 2026. The Company has appointed P. Gage Jull, previously Non Executive Chairman, as Executive Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer.
